Suggested use

Mix one scoop of Total Protein with 5 ounces of cold water and drink immediately after workout or strenuous activity. May also be taken anytime to promote recovery and help build strong muscles.

Men - 2 Scoops = 44 grams of protein
Women - 1 Scoop = 22 grams of protein

BlenderAdd 1 scoop to blender. Blend for 20 seconds, add ice and blend for extra 20 seconds.

ShakerAdd 1 scoop to your shaker. Close and shake for 30 seconds.
